LS work in pairs. LS look at the words and discuss the words that they know, and give examples for each word in a written form

LS work in groups of three and discuss following questions.

  • Do you shop online? Why or why not? 

  • Have you had a bad experience / been disappointed with something you bought online?

  • What would you never buy online? 

PRE-WRITING

LS need to discuss advantages and disadvantages of online shopping in pairs using new vocabulary

WRITING

Ask Ls to write a letter of complaint to the customer service of an online shopping site about a few products that you bought and aren’t happy with. In your letter

-Use structure of a complaint letter

-Write at least 150 words

- Give details of your order.
- Explain about the problem with the products.
- Say what you want the manager to do about it
