Физкультминутка на уроках иностранного языка, как элемент здоровьесберегающей организации урока.

Представить сегодняшний урок без физкультминутки практически не возможно, она является одним из важных этапов урока. Более того, физкультминутка является обязательным элементом здоровьесберегающей организации урока, предотвращающим утомление учащихся.

На уроке иностранного языка физкультминутка не только может снять эмоциональное напряжение и усталость ребенка, но и при её помощи можно неплохо закрепить лексический и грамматический материал. В качестве физкультминутки можно использовать стихи, песни, рифмовки , чанты, расслабляющую музыку, дыхательную гимнастику и упражнения для глаз. Вашему вниманию я бы хотела предложить некоторые виды физкультминуток, собранные из различных источников и успешно апробированных мной на уроках английского языка.

Рифмовки с движениями

1.

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,

Turn around! (поворачиваемся)

Touch the ground! ( трогаем «землю»)

Tie your shoes! (завязываем шнурки)

How old are you? (учитель показывает любую цифру, учащиеся считают до этой цифры)

Вместо слова Duck можно использовать другое слово и междометие Quack-quack рифмовать с этим словом.

Физкультминутка на уроке- это очень полезная вещь. Это не только способ расслабить детей но и способ привлечь внимание к предмету. Рифмовки, стишки, песенки сопровождающиеся движениями очень быстро запоминаются и делают урок занимательным.
